Belaïsch started his career at Leo Burnett an advertising agency. He joined TF1 in 1996 to launch Tfou! the new kids programs division of the network. In December 1998, he launched Minimax, the first polish kids channel for CANAL+. In September 1999, he joined Lagardere Active as Programming Director. He revamped and relaunched Canal J. Belaïsch created Tiji, the first preschool channel in France in December 2000. In November 2005, he was one of the creators of Gulli, the first kids national Digital Terrestrial network in France. In 2010, Belaïsch joined Gaumont as CEO of Gaumont Animation, where he produced animated series such as Calimero, Belle&Sebastian, Noddy Detective in Toyland… In may 2017, he created his own animation company BEE PROD where he developed Alex Player the first animated series about esports. In September 2018 he joined Cyber Group Studios as Senior VP, Creative Development.
