Lottery
Closer to the event, when we have our buyers recruited, we’ll invite all registered attendees to pre-select the ones they’d most like to meet with. Then our automated lottery program will assign meetings based on these pre-selections.
Any open meeting slots that are left over will be offered first to people who were not assigned a five meetings in the lottery.
We will also have a standby protocol to reassign meetings that become available due to no-shows. More information about this feature will be communicated when we reach out about pre-selection for the lottery.
