Helen is Head of BBC Children’s In-House Productions, leading the award-winning unit which produces world class content for 0 to 12s from its UK bases. Key genre and audience specialisms include Drama, Comedy Drama, Preschool, Animation and Puppetry, Comedy Entertainment and Factual Formats. Key titles have included animations like JoJo & Gran Gran and Go Jetters, live action dramas like Get Even, My Mum Tracy Beaker and The Worst Witch and factual formats like The Dengineers and Blue Peter, the longest running kids tv show. The team also produces the award winning CBeebies Presents preschool arts events strand, branded audio content and cross platform branded content including web dramas and enaging shortform content.
