Melanie Shannon is a Creative Executive for Mattel Television, helping to create dynamic television from Creative Development to Current Series for such properties as Hot Wheels, Polly Pocket, Fireman Sam, and the two critically-acclaimed and highly-anticipated Netflix Original Series Masters Of The Universe: Revelation, and He-Man And The Masters Of Universe. Melanie has a passion for world-building and is a highly-skilled artist and writer, most recently co-authoring the upcoming Scholastic book He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe: Heroes And Villains Guidebook. She lives in Los Angeles with her two awesome daughters, two adorable kittens, and one grumpy old cat.
