Gabrielle Howard is Development Consultant for Fred Rogers Productions. She is a media consultant who has deep roots in New York City's children's programming community. She is a media consultant who advises on podcast development, social media strategy, and original concepts for the Web and television. Gabrielle began her career at Sesame Workshop, where she headed the children's casting department for the Emmy Award-winning program, Sesame Street. She also co-managed celebrity bookings and landed guests such as Jodie Foster, Laurence Fishburne, Garth Brooks, and Julia Roberts. After selling her first show idea (Jambalaya) to Sesame Workshop, Gabrielle took on the position of development associate at JP Kids, Inc., producers of the popular original Disney Channel series, The Famous Jett Jackson. Four years later, she accepted a development executive position at The N Network (Rebranded TeenNick), a nighttime network for teens and programming arm of MTV Networks. There she developed live-action and animated properties with production giants such as Endemol, Klasky Csupo and headed up development for the successful competition series Queen Bees, which aired on TeenNick and MTV. Gabrielle has a B.A. from the University of South Carolina. She also received a Podcast Certificate from The Made in NY Media Center as part of the first fellowship program sponsored by The Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment.
