Future Today

David Di Lorenzo is a veteran of the entertainment industries bringing more than 20-years of family- focused and programming experience to Future Today, where he serves as the Senior Vice President, Kids and Family.

Di Lorenzo’s innovations include being among the first ad-supported on-demand streaming channels to commission exclusive original programming from the biggest kids’ brands. He manages the HappyKids network of channels consisting of the flagship channel HappyKids and 150 other channels across the CTV ecosystem with partners including Lego, CoComelon, LOL Surprise, Pinkfong, Like Nastya, Paw Patrol, Mattel, 9 Story, Corus, Spin Master, Janson Media and Entertainment One, and others. Di Lorenzo also oversees content development, acquisitions, distribution, monetization and channel partnerships for numerous platforms, formats and ubiquitous distribution on Smart TVs, vMVPDs and devices like Roku and Amazon Fire Stick with AVOD and FAST viewing platforms.

Prior to joining Future Today, Di Lorenzo was president of Kabillion, where he was responsible for daily operations of the Kabillion TV network, managing programming, ad sales, content distribution, licensing and partnerships. Additionally, he grew the network's cable footprint by more than 35% while also launching its presence across OTT platforms, increasing profitability, and extending its content partnerships with top-tier brands.

Previous experience includes 10 years at Universal Studios as Director of Sales for the Americas and Director of Retail Development Sales. During his tenure at Universal, Di Lorenzo was responsible for worldwide licensing deals for mobile apps across theatrical and television content, managing content and promotions with mobile carriers, and overseeing sales and marketing of licensed merchandise at major retailers, including Walmart, Target and Best Buy.
