Bronwyn North-Reist is executive director, Original Series Development, Disney Channel.

North-Reist has spent the past six years developing shows for Disney XD, Disney Channel and Disney+, including one of the first original series to premiere at platform launch, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Prior to Disney Channel, she worked with producer Carla Hacken during her deal with Dreamworks and for Simon Kinberg’s Genre Films.

A New Jersey native, North-Reist graduated from Reed College in Portland, Oregon and spends much of her spare time mentoring young writers hoping to break into the entertainment industry.
