Following a period as the Acting Head of Commissioning and Acquisitions, Michael has resumed his role as Senior Commissioning Editor, Independents for 0-6 at BBC Children’s. His career at the BBC spans 33 years, starting as a runner and going on to work in every production job across all genres. Recent productions he’s been responsible for include Andy & The Band (for CBBC), Our Family, The Baby Club, Andy’s Aquatic Adventures, Garden Tales and many others.
