Marney Malabar has been creating award-winning children’s educational content for over two decades. As the Director, Kids TV, TVO, Marney oversees development and production for TVOKids’ internationally recognized original content, co-productions and acquisitions. Marney ensures that all TVOKids’ content (animated, live-action scripted, non-scripted and puppet-based) complements learning inside and outside of the classroom. She also leads TVOKids’ digital content division and consults on digital assets for original productions, positioning TVOKids for success across all platforms. Marney ensures that, as the technological extension of Ontario’s public education system, TVO’s educational content helps kids to take on the world with the power of learning
